This includes valued donations that are not tangible cash, such as equipment, supplies or services to contribute to the advancement of the ULA’s mission gifts that have value, but are not tangible cash. Donations of goods and services are equally as important as cash gifts.
This enables you to transfer the title of a property to the ULA while continuing to occupy and enjoy the property for life or a specified period of time.
This allows donors to maximize their current income tax deductions. All contributed funds are directed to areas specified by the donor.

Contributing stock is one of the few ways a donor can avoid the significant bite of capital gains tax. All contributed gifts that have been owned longer than a year qualify as a charitable deduction. The process can simply be done electronically or by mail. If you would like to donate stock, please contact the ULA at (832) 283-3087.
Joining the ULA Benefactor Club allows you to support the organization through monthly or quarterly contributions. The Benefactor donations can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or credit card account. This is a simple and cost-effective way to contribute because it reduces administrative costs.
This allows donors to leave an enduring legacy in our community by naming the ULA in their Last Will and Testament, or through other types of planned giving. These types of selfless acts illustrate the spirit of the ULA’s community ownership principle of doing all that you can to help your fellow man/woman prosper.
