T.R. Reynolds

T.R. Reynolds, the Parliamentary of the United Leadership Alliance of Houston, Texas, is a Licensed Home & Community Service Contractor in Texas who specializes in working with the developmentally disabled and their Legally Authorized Representatives. He is the former Director of the Social & Emotional program at Intra Care, a multi-campus non-profit organization servicing inner city children & their families. He is currently in private practice as a consultant and has expertise in developing personnel systems including human resources, payroll, compliance and loss prevention.  He enjoys community involvement and developing the capacities of companies and non-profit organizations.
